Lucifer Season 6 Review

That was a BS ending!

That's it?! After all the talk about self actualization, god's plan and all, the system being broken, and becoming better, Lucifer, the Lord of Hell, the Punisher of the Wicked, is nothing but just a Therapist of the Damn! what a demotion.. If all that was needed was for someone to counsel the damn in hell, I am sure Linda would be better than Lucifer, having saved the devil herself. They should have just sent her there when she dies.

Having said that, I feel this season tied up the lives of everybody, except Trixie, but it also invalidates major canons from the five seasons prior: 1) self-actualization of angels (clearly Lucy did not self actualize to become therapist, he needed to be saved by her own daughter), isn't self actualization same as calling? 2) God's plan (no plan for Lucy there, he was just punished when he was sent to hell, it was not to help him at all, again, since he did not self actualize to become a therapist), 3)Trixie-Lucy almost father-daughter was not real (Lucy abandoned her when she needed him most, without even saying goodbye), 4) Lucy being vulnerable only to Chloe made her the most special among all the beings for him, well, not anymore.

For lack of continuity, this will only work if this is one of MCU's What If episodes

Season 5 will always be the ending of this show for me.
