Here is what's great about Chef Lau's Pugon Roasters, you have the best of both worlds: fast food menu and first class restaurant menu. As if that is not enough, the price is fast food price, as you can see below:

 

Menu

 Unfortunately I did not get the chance to take pictures of our orders. Anyway, their food is the same what you can see above. We ordered the typical sisig, croquetas, chicken liver and crispy dinuguan, which was not included in the menu above. They are all great, considering the price, except for the crispy dinuguan which is a little tough. I would definitely eat there again.
