Why you need the good bacteria
The
environment has plenty of good bacteria. Inside our body, many are ‘good’ since
they help in different ways. For example, the lactobacillus is good for
digestion. Our intestine has about 95% intestinal bacteria. Here are some of
the reasons why you need good bacteria:
·
They fight the ‘bad’ bacteria
·
They prevent diseases like cancer
·
They heal swelling in the intestine
·
They prevent and treat diseases, such as
osteoporosis
·
They protect the body against harmful
chemicals and toxins, such as radiation and pollution
·
They help in digestion and absorption of
food
